Mostly called as the Queen of Lead Generation through video. How did she get to be a leading video producer? It certainly wasn’t a straight line but all her experiences brought her here. After 15 years working in corporate Ireland and television production, she decided to combine her love for audiovisuals with her love for business. That’s how CB Media video production agency was born. Cynthia hasn’t looked back since. Louise O’Neill
Project Manager
Louise has always been someone who likes to organize and plan, so project management works well for her. Her experience with project management extends to 10+ years. Her favorite part of working with CB Media is getting to meet so many new and interesting people. In her free time Louise enjoys documentaries on many different subjects, from ancient Egypt to wildlife. She finds it fascinating to see what makes people and animals tick, from hundreds of years ago up to present day.

Keith Healy
Video Production Coach/Video Editor
From a very young age, Keith was fascinated with the world of video and was always playing around with software to see what magic he could create. Creating something from nothing has always been the most exciting part of video production for him. In his free time, Keith enjoys playing and collecting video games and keeping up to date with the latest tech news. Keith has a passion for anything tech related. He enjoys exploring rural Ireland and discovering hidden gems around the country.

Michael Brown
Business DevelopmentÂ
Michael looks after the sales department, managing both new and current clients. He’s a people person, always looking for new opportunities to interact and meet new people. He studied many forms of multimedia and communication over the years, with a focus on graphic design. He has a passion for film, media, drawing, gaming, and animation. Michael always look to challenge himself and step outside his comfort zone.Â

Cian Ring
Videographer & Editor
Cian’s first time editing and making a video was when he was 10 years old. Since then it has been always been a part of Cian’s life. From making skate videos with friends to helping out on short films till eventually graduating from TV & Media production at Carlow IT. With his experience always comes two film awards for a short documentary he made. In his free time, Cian can be found either rock climbing or rolling dice and doing silly voices while playing Dungeons & Dragons with friends.
Ken Flores
Creative Assistant
Ken takes charge of varied administrative tasks such as invoicing, proposals, email management, research and website management. Providing proactive support and assistance to his co-workers and clients is where he thrives. He loves knowing that all systems work and clients always get what they want and more all the time. He usually spends his free time running, riding the bike, and playing basketball. Ken tries to stay active when free but when he’s not, he’s probably with his guitar playing The Beatles.
